Close-up of PVC beam formwork panel showing ribbed texture surface and color gradient
Surface Detail

The fine ribbed texture is molded directly into the PVC — not printed, not coated. It creates a controlled micro-profile that breaks the bond between concrete and formwork surface.

Material Close-Up

Feel the texture.
See the difference.

Hold a Novex PVC panel in your hand and you'll immediately sense the quality difference. The ribbed surface isn't just aesthetic — it's the engineering core of our self-releasing technology. Each ridge is precisely calibrated to minimize concrete adhesion while leaving a smooth finish on the cast beam.

Integrated color — not a surface coating
The blue runs through the entire thickness. Scratches don't reveal a different layer underneath.
Ribbed texture = built-in release agent
No spray, no oil, no mess. Strip the panel and the concrete surface is already fair-faced.
Density tells the story
At 1.38–1.45 g/cm³, our panels resist denting and deformation even under heavy rebar loads.

Product Overview

PVC beam formwork
in every format.

Our light blue PVC panels come in long strips, rectangular sheets, and custom-cut profiles — all with the same ribbed texture and self-releasing surface that makes plastic PVC beam formwork the smartest alternative to timber and steel.

U-Channel Profiles

For standard rectangular beams from 200×200mm to 500×800mm. Ribbed inner surface for concrete adhesion control.

Flat Sheet Panels

Rectangular PVC sheets for beam sides and bottom. Cut to any length on site with standard saw — no special tools needed.

Custom Cut-to-Size

T-beams, inverted beams, edge beams — send us your drawings and we'll produce exact profiles for your project.

Production Process

From raw PVC compound
to your job site.

Every panel goes through extrusion, calibration, cooling, cutting, and inspection — all under one roof. No outsourcing, no middlemen, no quality guesswork.

PVC extrusion line with metal rollers forming continuous panel sheet
Step 01

Extrusion & Calibration

Virgin PVC compound is heated, extruded through a precision die, and passed through calibration rollers that lock in the ribbed texture and exact thickness — down to ±0.2mm tolerance.

Automated cutting station with saw blade cutting PVC panels to length
Step 02

Precision Cutting

Automated saws cut continuous panels to your exact length — from 500mm to 3,000mm. Clean edges, no chipping, no secondary trimming needed on site.

Step 03

Inspection & Handling

Every panel passes under visual and dimensional inspection before moving to the packing line. Surface defects, thickness deviation, or edge damage — caught and removed before it leaves the floor.

Flatness Control

Post-extrusion, panels are laid flat on vacuum tables to ensure zero warpage before cutting. Beam formwork must be ruler-straight — and it is.

Palletized & Ready

Inspected panels are stacked on treated wooden pallets, wrapped in protective film, and steel-banded — container-ready from the factory floor to your destination port.

Raw Material Standards

Quality starts
before extrusion.

We don't buy recycled PVC scrap and hope for the best. Our compound is formulated from virgin PVC resin with precisely measured UV stabilizers, impact modifiers, and processing aids. The result: panels that don't become brittle after one summer on an open site, and don't discolor after months of concrete contact.

Virgin PVC resin — zero recycled content
Consistent density, color, and mechanical properties from the first panel to the last.
UV stabilizers for outdoor storage
Panels sit in the sun for weeks on job sites without yellowing or surface degradation.
Impact modifiers for drop resistance
Edges don't chip when panels are handled roughly on site — a common failure point with cheap PVC.
Raw steel plate materials stored in factory production area alongside processing equipment

Behind every light blue PVC panel is a controlled material supply chain — from compound formulation to finished product, nothing left to chance.

Factory & Quality Control

Every panel measured.
Every batch verified.

Our production line runs strict dimensional checks on every batch of plastic PVC beam formwork. Thickness tolerance within ±0.2mm. Each panel is digitally measured before packing to ensure consistency across your entire order.

Digital caliper inspection on every production run
Thickness, width, and flatness checked and recorded
Palletized packaging with steel banding
Secure for container shipping, no damage in transit
Loading supervision at factory gate
Photo and video documentation before dispatch

Technical Specifications

Built to pour.
Engineered to last.

Our plastic PVC beam formwork is extruded from virgin PVC compound with UV stabilizers and impact modifiers. The light blue color is not a coating — it's integrated into the material, so it won't fade or chip even after years of sun and rain exposure on open job sites.

Plastic PVC vs Timber vs Steel

Why contractors switch
to PVC beam formwork.

80+ reuses. Not 5–8.

Timber warps after a few pours. Steel dents and rusts. Our plastic PVC beam formwork holds its shape for 80–100 cycles — no swelling, no delamination, no dimensional drift.

Zero release agent.

The fine ribbed PVC surface doesn't bond with concrete. Strip the formwork clean every single time — no oil, no spray, no labor cost for applying and cleaning release agent.

Lightweight. Fast assembly.

At roughly 1/5 the weight of steel, two workers handle beam panels without a crane. Cut to length on site with a standard handsaw — no welding, no special equipment.

Waterproof. Rot-proof.

Water absorption below 0.05%. No rot, no mold, no expansion in rain or high humidity. The light blue color won't fade — it's not a coating, it's the material itself.

"We switched our entire beam formwork to Novex PVC panels on a 15-tower residential project. The light blue panels are easy to identify on site, the ribbed surface strips clean every time, and we eliminated all release agent costs. Paid for itself in under 3 months."
